We think being a local business means supporting and aligning yourself with the needs and aspirations of the community you serve.
Using your reputation and reach to help projects within your areas. This has always been a key Bramleys ethos, as an independent company with long serving staff who are like family members. We strive to give something back, we are not just all about property!
You might have heard of Tara donning her trainers to support the Royal British legion, running the London marathon or a team running with Ramsdens solicitors to support Forget me not hospice.
Our next run is the Leeds 10k in July and we will be fundraising for not only Forget Me Not but also Kirkwood and Overgate hospice's too.
Many of our staff have been directly touched by these local charities and have a strong desire to help them continue their work.
We recognise the importance of sport in our communities and currently sponsor Huddersfield YMCA rugby 1st team, Halifax Junior Cricket league, SBCI Cricket Club (Sowerby Bridge Church Institute), Huddersfield Amateurs Football Club,Lightcliffe Cricket Club and are recent sponsors of Stainland Lions Bluebell run.
Over the years we have sponsored many more events, teams and clubs in any way we can.
The phrase Shop Local is experiencing somewhat of a renaissance as consumers seek out a more personal service in their buying experience. We practise what we preach, we support many other local businesses through Bramleys and look to give the kind of personal service, reliability and experience that an be all too lacking these days.
You are not a numbered transaction to us and never will be. We never want to lose touch with our grass roots.
