FULL TIME INVENTORY CLERK REQUIRED

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Saturdays 9:00am - 1:00pm

As the leading local Property Management experts operating since 1958, we are seeking a professional, hardworking individual to join our experienced team. We are looking for an individual interested in a long term career.

The job involves carrying out inspections and inventories for various properties across Kirklees and Calderdale. You will be required to accurately describe all items within the property as part of the inventory and to take note of the conditions throughout. You will also be required to move in tenants to properties, check the condition upon the tenants leaving, complete periodic property inspections and undertake property viewings too. This will involve some working alone, as well as meeting tenants and landlords at properties. Therefore you will have to be professional, smartly dressed and have good communication skills.

Individuals will have to meet the following criteria:

  • Professional
  • Good eye for detail
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Available to work on Saturdays
  • Punctual
  • Ability to work on their own as well as part of a Team
  • Have their own transport and clean driving licence

Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
