Case study 1

12 Longbow Close, Bradley, Huddersfield

Bramleys have recently sold this office building. The sale to a local investor included the seller taking a lease back on part of the accommodation. Bramleys have since been instructed to remarket the remaining accommodation and have agreed terms with a tenant to provide a fully occupied investment for the Landlord.

Case study 2

Development Land at Burn Road, Birchencliffe, Huddersfield

Bramleys were instructed to market the site which had planning permission for 20 houses. The site was marketed for 10 weeks and offers invited by a set date. Our team advised the client on the implications of each of the offers and assisted them in identifying a preferred bidder. A sale is now progressing to the preferred bidder which is conditional on detailed planning.

39 Carwood Road, Glasshoughton, Castleford

The property comprised a single storey, former trade counter unit which became vacant. Bramleys agreed an asking price of £290,000. A sale was agreed within 6 weeks of marketing to an owner-occupier.

Sands Mill, Huddersfield Road, Mirfield

This is a two storey, industrial and office building extending to 13,044ft² with a secure compound. This building was let to Kirkwood Hospice as an online sales depot and administration office in April 2022.

21-23 Ropergate, Pontefract

This property was let to Lloyds Bank for 5 years at a rent of £20,000 per annum. The property was sold as an Investment with the asking price reflecting a yield of 6.9%.

Industrial Premises, Spen Vale Street, Heckmondwike

Having sold the property to a local investor, Bramleys were re-instructed to market the building to let. After a short marketing period, terms were agreed and a lease completed on this modern single storey industrial premises which provided approximately 10,500ft².

8 Market Street Halifax provides a prominent town centre retail property positioned close to the bus station and college buildings. It forms part of a Grade II Listed building and has been let for use as a nail and beauty salon.

9 Russell Street Halifax was formerly occupied by Wallace Arnold for a number of years before they entered administration. After a short period of marketing, the prominent corner retail unit was leased to Althams Travel who had previously occupied nearby premises.
