Jonathan Wilson, BSc (Hons) Dip CPA

Jonathan is a Commercial Surveyor with over ten years experience in the Industry. He has primary responsibility for Commercial Agency and Landlord and Tenant work and is based at Huddersfield office, covering the West Yorkshire region. He is a Member of the RICS and has a First Class Honours degree in Estate Management, from Reading University.

Peter J Butler, FRICS

Peter is a Fellow of the RICS and Registered Valuer. Formerly senior Partner of the business, he recently accepted a position as a senior consultant. Peter is engaged day to day with agency matters and also provides development and valuation advice to a wide range of clients.

Kimberey Nicholson

Kimberley joined the team in late 2012, in the role as administrator within the commercial property management department. She deals with commercial property asset management on behalf of Bramleys LLP commercial landlord clients as well as providing valuable assistance to the agency team on a day to day basis.
