Andrew R Moorhouse, FRICS

Andrew Moorhouse is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He qualified in 1979, becoming a Fellow of the institute in 2000. He joined Bramleys in 1983 and became a full Partner in 1990. He is also a member of the Residential Valuation Faculty and heads Residential Valuation and Survey team as well as being the firms auctioneer when the FSVA merged with the RICS. Andrew is also an RICS Registered Valuer.

Alex J McNeil, MRICS

Alex joined Bramleys in 1988 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 becoming a Partner in 1998. Alex currently heads the Commercial Valuation team and regularly carries out valuations of both commercial and residential property throughout the Yorkshire region. He is also an RICS Registered Valuer.

Graeme E Haigh, B.Sc (Hons) MRICS

Graeme is a Partner of the business, Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He is Head of Commercial department and with responsibility for valuation, rent reviews and lease renewal work he can be contacted at our Huddersfield Office.

Simon M Jones, FRICS, FNAEA

Simon Jones is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having qualified in 1994 and an Associate Partner of Bramleys since 2007. He regularly undertakes valuations and surveys principally of residential property on behalf of both private and corporate clients throughout the Yorkshire Region. He is currently a member of the RICS Valuation, Residential Property and Building Surveying faculties. He is an RICS Registered Valuer and also a Domestic Energy Assessor able to undertake Residential Energy Performance Certificates.

Peter J Butler, FRICS

Peter is a Fellow of the RICS and Registered Valuer. Formerly senior Partner of the business, he recently accepted a position as a senior consultant. Peter is engaged day to day with agency matters and also provides development and valuation advice to a wide range of clients.

John is a Fellow of the RICS, Registered Valuer and Consultant to Bramleys commercial department. John deals with a wide range of Agency, Landlord and Tenant and general Commercial property instructions.
