Having over 30 years experience in the property market, Paul has been a Partner at Bramleys since 1998, having been an Associate Partner prior to that. Joining Bramleys in 1993, Paul was previously an area manager for one of the corporate estate agency networks. As Residential Partner for Bramleys, Paul oversees all aspects of residential sales and valuations for Bramleys. Based in the Huddersfield office he still carries out day to day sales and marketing valuations as well as specialising in new home sales and valuations. Being born and bred in Huddersfield, Paul is married with two grown up children, both of which work within the business. Paul is well known in the local area in the football and cricketing circles and still plays cricket in the Halifax and District Cricket League for Sowerby Bridge Church Institute Cricket Club.

Being a graduate of Liverpool University, Antonia is the Branch Manager at Huddersfield overseeing an experienced team of negotiators and valuers. Having worked for Bramleys for over 10 years, Antonia has an extensive knowledge of the Huddersfield area and its diverse range of properties. Antonia lives in the Holme Valley and is married with two children and, having taken a couple of years out on maternity leave, returned in 2009 to head up the Huddersfield office sales team. Antonia is a keen sportswoman and still regularly plays tennis, having represented the county in her teenage years.

Being born and bred in Huddersfield, Daniel has worked for Bramleys since 2009 and progressed through from a Sales Negotiator to his present position as Assistant Manager in the Huddersfield office. Daniel undertakes all aspects of sales and marketing appraisals and is based full-time in the Huddersfield office. Daniel is a keen sportsman, playing both football and cricket within the local area and also represented Yorkshire at cricket at school boy level from ages 11-16.

Joining Bramleys in 1992 on leaving school, Claire initially was secretary to our financial consultant. At the beginning of 1993 she took a 6 month sabbatical to tour New Zealand and on her return we welcomed her back into a junior sales negotiating position at the head office in Huddersfield. Claire is now a senior sales negotiator with over 20 years' experience and is a much valued member of the highly successful Huddersfield team.

Debbie's first venture into estate agency was in 1988 when she was employed by our partner, Paul Keighley prior to them both arriving at Bramleys. Debbie took a few years out on maternity to bring up her son and was welcomed back into estate agency in 2005 and provides yet another highly experienced sales negotiator within the Huddersfield office.

Bethany joined the team as a weekender in Huddersfield 2013 and has since worked across all of our offices. Following fantastic results in her A-levels, she took a break to broaden her horizons by backpacking South East Asia. Upon her return Bethany took up a full time role as a sales negotiator within the Huddersfield Team. She enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.

My job is to identify the cheapest mortgage for which you are eligible and which meets you needs and requirements. I will show you all the options and work through the advantages and disadvantages of each lender/product and you will be fully involved in advice process so you can understand why a certain lender has been chosen above all others. Bramleys also offer insurance for yourselves to protect the mortgage and the property you are buying although it isn't compulsory that you take any insurance from us or the lender - it is your choice - but naturally we would be delighted to assist you. Once I have recommended a lender and product, my job is then to prepare and submit your application to the lender, handle all correspondence, keep you updated and get the mortgage offer issued to allow your solicitor to obtain the funds to complete your purchase saving you a lot of time and possibly stress! We deal with the banks so you don't have to.

Alex joined Bramleys in 1988 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 becoming a Partner in 1998. Alex currently heads the Commercial Valuation team and regularly carries out valuations of both commercial and residential property throughout the Yorkshire region. He is also an RICS Registered Valuer.

Prior to joining Bramleys in 2007, Graeme spent 13 years with a large multi-disciplinary practice with multiple offices across the country, working in various roles and offices culminating in a position of Head of Professional Services for that company’s North West office in Manchester. Graeme joined Bramleys in 2007 as an equity partner and has continued to be active in the northern property market, providing property advice and valuations to a range of clients over that time. Graeme's particular area of expertise is commercial and industrial property and he regularly produces reports and valuations for lending institutions, private individuals and companies for a range of purposes including secured lending, accounting and taxation purposes and is frequently called upon to act as independent expert in connection with litigation or dispute resolution.

Lynsey is the latest product of Bramleys' successful graduate training scheme, having been elected to membership of the RICS in April 2012 having joined Bramleys directly from Sheffield Hallam University. Jonathan's path to Bramleys was somewhat unusual in that he purchased a property through our Elland office, at that time Jonathan was working for another firm of estate agents specialising in residential lettings. Impressed by the service he had received from the Elland office, he approached Bramleys expressing his desire to come and join our team. We were equally impressed with Jonathan and he now forms an integral part of our property management team carrying out lettings valuations across the area. Born and raised in the Calderdale area, he has an excellent knowledge of the locality.

Kimberley joined the team in late 2012, in the role as administrator within the commercial property management department. Helen has worked in agency since 1993 initially in the holidays when she was at The University of Nottingham studying a degree in Chemistry but returning upon graduating to start her career in Estate Agency. After a short spell at Eddisons and then a few years at one of the corporate agencies, Helen was asked to join Bramleys in late 1998 as a Residential Valuer. Helen soon progressed to become Area Sales Manager in 2004 and in 2007 was promoted to Associate Partner taking up her full Partnership in 2008. Helen has headed the Letting Department since 2010 after a brief spell on maternity leave. Having lived all her life in the Holme Valley, Helen has extensive knowledge of both the sales and lettings markets across Kirklees and Calderdale and is a licenced member of both NAEA and ARLA.

Leaving on maternity during 2008, Michelle returned after 12 months on a part-time basis. Michelle has extensive knowledge of the Huddersfield and surrounding areas and is a highly experienced property person and helps the department in her role as Lettings Manager.

Joining Bramleys in 2005 as PA to Partner Helen Hollingsworth, Eleanor has a great eye for detail and a tremendous work ethic and was quickly identified as one to watch. She was promoted in 2013 to the position of Trainee Residential Valuer and subsequently was a full-time Residential Sales Valuer within the Huddersfield office. Eleanor has moved to the lettings department and is a valued member of the lettings team undertaking valuations, re inspections, inventories, move ins and move outs. Eleanor is a keen athlete and enjoys running and playing hockey.

Married with 3 teenage boys, Tracey first joined Bramleys in 1999 working as a Weekend Sales Negotiator whilst bringing up her children. Having over 6 six years' experience in the Lettings industry working primarily in London, Soneka recently moved to Huddersfield and has joined Bramleys as a full time Property Manager to cover maternity leave. A keen amateur thespian, Melanie is a member of the Huddersfield Light Opera Society and Huddersfield/Halifax Thespians. Along with several other of the Bramleys staff, Melanie is a keen runner and has completed the Jane Tomlinson 10K in York.

On leaving college, Sam qualified as a beautician and spent her early working years within that profession. On relocating to Huddersfield, Sam joined Bramleys in 2010 within our lettings department. She is now a highly experienced Property Manager bringing her natural ability for organisation to the job. Sam has also recently completed her studies for the NVQ Level 2 in Residential Property Management. Andrew is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He qualified in 1979, becoming a Fellow of the institute in 2000. He joined Bramleys in 1983 and became a full Partner in 1990. He is also a member of the Residential Valuation Faculty and heads Residential Valuation and Survey team as well as being the firms auctioneer when the FSVA merged with the RICS. Donna has been an integral part of Bramleys since joining in 1993, initially as PA to Paul Keighley the Residential Partner. Over the years Donna has shown great leadership qualities and organisational skills and in 1997 Donna was promoted to Head of Secretarial and then to her current position in 2008 of Practice Manager overseeing the offices, the staff, HR and working closely with the Partners as well as developing the training and compliance side of the business. Donna is a keen Huddersfield Giants supporter and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
