Bramleys are looking to recruit a Property Management Accounts Coordinator to join our award-winning Property Management Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a property portfolio and will need to have a good understanding of accounting practices and processes. Being a varied role you will need to be well organised and confident with a keen eye for detail.
The main purpose of the role is to see a property through from the first stages of marketing to tenants moving in and the on going day-to-day management. Good communication skills are required to liaise with tenants and build relationships with landlords. The role also includes working closely with the Accounts Manager in client accounting. This is an interesting and varied position and requires a team player who enjoys dealing with the public and can handle responsibility. The position offers the prospect of career progression.
