Property auction sales remain popular and an accepted alternative to private treaty sales and offer a quick and straight forward method of either buying or selling property and the process is particularly well suited to those which would normally be considered problem properties.

Selling at auction eliminates problems such as gazumping, late renegotiation of previously agreed deals and reduces property chains. Auction also remains suitable for commercial property sales, particularly for income producing, tenanted investments and development opportunities.

Bramleys schedule four property auctions per year and these are held within the heart of our operating region at the John Smith's Stadium, Huddersfield. 100% success rate has been achieved on multiple occasions and sales raising in excess of £3,513,750 million for vendor clients.
