Graeme graduated from Staffordshire University in 1993 and qualified as a Professional Associate Member of the RICS in 1997 and was accepted into the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme in January 2011.

Jonathan is a Partner at Bramleys and has over 17 years experience in the Industry across the West Yorkshire region. He has primary responsibility for Commercial Agency and Landlord and Tenant work and is based at Huddersfield office, dealing with the sales and letting of Industrial, Office and Retail properties.

Jonathan has been with Bramleys since 2013 having joined the residential lettings team as a valuer. Having been an integral part of the Property Management team, Jonathan moved into the Commercial Agency team in July 2015 and has been a vital part of the progression of the department. Jonathan’s role includes dealing with commercial property enquiries, undertaking viewings and negotiating terms for sales and lettings of properties within all sectors of the commercial property market in addition to assisting in undertaking market valuations of commercial properties. In his spare time Jonathan enjoys running, clay shooting and watching rugby.

George joined the Commercial Property Department in early 2019 having attained his A Levels the previous summer. George maintains and upkeeps our portfolio of managed commercial properties and our block management properties, including organising repairs, liaising with tenants and landlords, assisting with budgeting and administering service charge accounts. George also provides valuable support to the commercial agency department, dealing with general enquiries, undertaking viewings and negotiating any rental/sales offers received.
